2. Website purpose

The Website provides general information about Blue Bettle ELD products and services and allows visitors to contact us or request a demonstration. Use of the Blue Bettle ELD platform, customer portal, and driver application is governed by separate customer agreements.

3. Information on the Website

We work to keep Website content accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Product descriptions, features, and availability may change and can vary by account configuration. Nothing on the Website is legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for understanding and meeting the regulatory obligations that apply to your operation.

4. Registration status

ELD provider registration for model BTL223, version 2.143.2 or later, is currently under FMCSA review. Receipt of an application does not constitute FMCSA approval, certification, or listing.

5. Customer portal

Customer Login links take you to a separately hosted customer portal. Access is available for active Blue Bettle ELD accounts and is subject to your customer agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, the customer portal, or related systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Website
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through our forms
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission
